"How many team members can I add to my account?"
On the agency plan, you can add up to 5 team members. To do that, you'll need to open the agent, navigate to your account, settings and then "Manage Team". Please make sure to add the email that your team member is using to log into Klaviyo.
"How quickly can I start using my account?"
You can start right after sign-up. Once you create an account, you can begin adding data and setting up flows immediately. To prevent spam and fraud, we run a quick manual review — usually completed within 24 hours — so your messages remain secure and deliverable.
"What are my payment options?"
You can pay monthly or annually. Monthly subscriptions are paid by credit card wheras annual plans can also be paid via ACH or Wire.
